These days, you’d be hard-pressed to find someone who doesn’t think games are as much a part of pop culture as music, film, and books. But games are a relatively new addition to that space, and it’s interesting to look back and see how we got here, and how tastes have changed over the last four decades or so. Iain is our Super Guest this week to talk about his quest, why he’s on it, what he’s learned, how UK games culture has been and is different from American (or Canadian!!), and the surprising first game to sell 1-million copies in the UK!
